Exhale is the number 1 linkup spot in Frederick. Great people, great staff, it's just an all around wonderful experience. The interior is very welcoming and creates a sort of community within it's walls. They allow you to byob which is a huge plus if you want to get a buzz before going to a bar to save a few bucks. Plus you avoid a possible DUI by pregaming there rather than at home and then driving downtown. Compared to other hookah bars in the area (you know who you are) I'd say Exhale is far far far more superior. I will continue to give them my business.

First time here, it's been a fantastic experience. The owner and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely return! Best night I've had in a while!
